Step 3: Public Speaking Confidence for Grief

The day itself is daunting. I'll share essential public speaking tips specific to speaking through grief. This includes breathing techniques, pace management, and grounding strategies to help manage nerves and emotion. You'll walk away feeling calm, clear, and ready to deliver your tribute with dignity.
