Rachel, Emily and team were amazing. If I could give more stars I would. They created calm within the chaos of organising one of the hardest things we’ve have ever had to do. At every stage the team were genuine, helpful and incredibly empathetic.

Rachel spoke about my father so beautifully I felt like she had known and loved him as we did. She picked up the important information subtly through conversation. Nothing was a problem with organising the funeral exactly as we wanted it.

When my beautiful Mother, June Harrison, passed away suddenly three weeks before Christmas my family were not only grieving but unexpectantly having to organise her funeral arrangements. As is the case with most families we really didn't know where to start.
After doing some online research and talking to various Funeral Directors including Rachel Bracken from Picaluna Beautiful Funerals, as a family we all agreed wholeheartedly that we would be in good hands with Rachel.
From the start Rachel was very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly and caring. Even though almost all arrangements were long distance, Rachel guided us through the planning process and other necessary arrangements explaining all the options and listening to our requests over many long phone conversations, she made herself available at all times and nothing was too much trouble.
As well as all required arrangements, at our request Rachel organised Live Streaming, flowers and light luncheon refreshments at a beautiful Memorial Gardens location that our family had chosen, everything was perfect.
Our Mother's funeral was a beautiful celebration of her life and we cannot thank Rachel and her lovely colleagues enough for their respectful, professional and caring guidance on the day.

Our brother passed away unexpectedly a few weeks ago. He was in another state when it happened.
